Chrome re-bar stilettos

I don't know what to make of these. I was shopping at Tres Chic today and saw these for sale. Stiletto sandals with chrome re-bar looking heels and puff-balls over the arch. Hmmmmm. Not my style. Maybe for a fashion show at your local construction site? Doesn't say what sort of feet they fit but a demo is available. The photo is taken from the display picture.
